My SUSTAIN YOURSELF CARD for Today is the RIVER “FLOW”….. usually this means take it easy, go with the flow, don’t struggle, but when you look at this card, it has rocks, falls, twists and turns. So, I went with the flow which today meant just face head on without doubt and procrastination for all the annoyances and inconveniences. I feel good!
